No idea how I obtained this fanzine from the other side of the world, probably a correspondent sent it to me a few years after it got out… One World was done by a guy named Neil Cartwright from Auckland, New Zealand.
Here he gives Chris Chacon (San Diego, California) the opportunity to explain how he ran his tape-label B.C.T. (Borderless Countries Tapes, or Bad Compilation Tapes as it was wrongfully called in the beginning). Chris (and his brothers) did a great job at giving many of us the opportunity to get acquainted with HC/punk-bands from all over the world. And vice versa: got bands introduced to a wider audience. And all this at a time without email, mobile phones or social media but in the era of glued stamps and tape-trading!
