Bad Influence (What’s That Noise #1)

‘Bad Influence’ is a long-lasting anarcho punk band that is still going. The first time I saw them must’ve been around ’87 (in one of the early line-ups, with the female vocalist Chris and her partner Bart on guitar). The originals remaining nowadays are (drummer) Joris Rombouts and (singer) ‘Holy’ Herwin De Winter. This interview dates from the period of their New Age Witch Hunt LP, with Patrick Delabie on bass and Thomas Noppe on guitar…

The interview was done by Alain Herszaft who used to sing for the HC band ‘Mental Disturbance’. Besides doin’ What’s that Noise zine, he also hosted a HC radioshow on a Brussels independent radio and later ran a label called Released Power Productions (RPP; releasing stuff for moshcore bands such as ‘Arkangel’ and his following band ‘Out For Blood’).
